In this case it means an integral diagnosis, which combines vaginismus and dyspareunia. The solution about advisability of using such a generalized diagnosis was taken in this classification with reference to the fact that the both sexual dysfunctions are highly comorbid and hardly differentiated. Also the classifications of dyspareunia, which were and are used by clinical sexologists in the Soviet and post-Soviet space, are presented. It is emphasized that dyspareunia can be mixed.
